To make a warranty claim, customers should contact our Support Team by email at sales@cwwkpc.com, together with your purchase order number, Product fault video and picture. We will promptly respond to all warranty claims and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

2 Year Warranty

We provide 2-year warranty services from the date of receipt of the goods, Free replacement of damaged hardware within 2 year.

1.CWWK will offer free repairs for defective products after confirmed with the manufacturer within the warranty period. The item should be returned by the customer, and We will pay for the shipping cost of sending the repaired item to the customer. Damage to items caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty, but the customer can return the product at his own expense and pay for the repair.

2.Warranty exemptions and precautions: Degradation of natural products due to wear and tear and damage/damage during use are only borne by the customer and are not covered by our warranty. This warranty does NOT cover damage of the device resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, other acts which are not the fault of CWWK. If you have any quality problems, please feel free to contact the after-sales customer service to solve it for you.

3.If the customer damages/misuses these items, the product warranty will be immediately invalidated. No compensation is provided in this case. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement parts or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and shipping costs for distribution.

30-Day Returns & Refund

CWWK provides a 30-day refund & return policy. You can reach out to our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, with all tags intact, and in resalable condition.

Note: If a return is not due to quality issues, CWWK will charge a 10% fee (service and handling fees).

In the event of a computer malfunction, if the order was placed within six months, the merchant will cover the shipping fees. Beyond six months, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

※ Please confirm the order status with us before requesting a refund or a replacement.

1.Order Cancellations

1.1 Unshipped Orders (In-stock and Pre-sales Products):

Order cancellations must be done within 1 business days from order date. We are unable to cancel orders that fall over this allotted time frame. 

Please contact us to confirm the order status. Customers can require a full refund before the order is shipped. We will process the refund in 3 business days.

1.2 Shipped Orders:

If your order has shipped and you opt to cancel. You must first receive the item and then contact us to initiate the return. Our return address is American warehouse.

If delivery is refused or undeliverable, we will deduct $100 from your refund on top of applicable restocking fees to cover for return shipping.

2.Return Shipping

※ Please kindly note that:

2.1 CWWK pays for return shipping on most orders. Please keep receipts and proof of shipping to be eligible for a shipping refund. Some orders require the customer to pay for return shipping, which are later reimbursed (depending on return reason: change of mind/forced returns are not eligible for shipping cost reimbursement if a shipping label was not provided).

2.2 CWWK is responsible for the shipping fee for the return and replacement caused by the broken/deformed package, the missing item(s), or the misdelivered package(s).                            

2.3 For package(s) lost after being delivered to the correct address, CWWK  is not responsible for any related compensation,  including   refunds and replacements. (The status of the package is subject to the tracking information.)                           

3.Intact/Undamaged products

Items must be returned in original undamaged packaging, with complete parts and accessories, and with no damage.

1) Date of receipt is subject to the tracking information of your package's tracking number.
2) Please help us confirm the condition of the returned product; otherwise, the refund request will be voided.
3) Customers can not request a 7-day Money-back for intact/undamaged products signed for more than 7 days.

Customers will receive a refund within 7 business days from the date of CWWK receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the amount to be refunded. Then, your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be returned to your original payment method (this may take 3-7 business )days, depending on your payment method and financial institution).

4.Quality-related Issues

※ Return(s), replacement(s) caused by product defects:
CWWK covers all the shipping fees.

4.1 Defective Products

1) Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase order, and detailed information describing the issue (texts/photos/videos) by email.

2) We will offer troubleshooting tips and document the troubleshooting process.

3) Dead On Arrival (DOA)

If you receive DOA product(s), please contact our customer service within 7 days.

1) Both the packaging and the product are damaged:
Send the pictures of the items/packages received to our customer service, paying attention to the details of the problem that need to be attached.

2) Wrong or incorrect product:
Send wrong product pictures, especially where there are labels, and provide customer service with your order information.

Tips: Please check the contents of the package carefully before signing for it.

4.2 Outer Packaging Broken/Deformed, Item(s) missing from the package

Outer Packaging Cracked/Deformed
1) Please immediately open a request to the courier upon receiving the broken/deformed package, and receive a confirmation paper with a stamp on it.
2) Please contact us with detailed information describing the issue, and attach photos of the broken/deformed package and the confirmation paper to the email.
3) Customers can require a full refund or a product replacement after we verify the situation.

4.3 Item(s) missing from the package

  • Please carefully check the contents and the weight of the package before signing for it.
  • If the item(s) is missing from the package, please contact us with the order number detailed information describing the issue (texts/photos/videos) by email.
  • Customers can require a replacement or a partial refund for the missing item(s) after we verify the situation.
  1. Return Notes
  • Returns MUST include all accessories.
  • Returns MUST include original packaging or packaging with the same protection.
  • Returns MUST be delivered to AA’s American warehouses.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do NOT meet the above requirements.
  • Warranties will be VOIDED if the wrong product is returned, or if the defective product is NOT returned to AA's warehouse.

Refunds

  1. Once the returned item arrives back in AA's warehouse, the refund process will begin.
  2. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made.

The refund period (after the above processing time) is as below: 

Paypal account: about 48 hours

Credit card: between 7 to 14 business days

  1. Not Covered Under Refund:

1) Products that have been misplaced or stolen

2) Products that have passed their warranty period

3) Products that with no quality problems (30 days after purchase)

4) Products received for free

5) Products repaired by third parties

6) Products damaged by improper operation (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper usage)

7) Computers used for over six months are not eligible for returns or refunds. Replacement is only available for computers of the same model.
