1.Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for us to verify and prepare your unit. Following this, your product should reach you within 10-14 days.

Min 10 days- Max 14 days Fulfilled Monday-Sunday
- Receiving Time = Orders Handing time (days) + Transit time (days)

- Change of Address:
A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.
We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. You may change your delivery address before we dispatch your order. Unfortunately, we can't modify the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at sales@cwwkpc.com.

3.Order Cancellations:
We accept order cancellations only before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped . Return & Refund policies will apply. If you need to cancer your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at sales@cwwkpc.com.
4.Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This will allow you to monitor your shipment until it's delivered.

Q2: What should I do if the device won’t turn on or has no display?
1. If it is a barebone device, please make sure to install Crucial DDR5 4800/5200/5600MHz SO-DIMM memory module with serial number 24xx on the front.
2. Use an eraser to wipe the memory stick.
3. Replace the HDMI cable.
4. Try a Different Monitor.
5. Check if the green power indicator is on.
6. Check if there is a beep when the computer is turned on(Three beeps indicate successful boot).
